‘I still look exactly the same’

How to Save a Remix

This is a video I created to illustrate Week 6’s topic: Rip/Mix/Burn (Remix Culture).

What I did was create a bit of a mash-up/remix of an official ABC Grey’s Anatomy/The Fray music video, a musical scene from the same show and the soundtrack of these two sources, along with a remix posted by ChemicalEnergyMusic, titled ‘Jigger’s Remix’ on youtube.

I found the end result to be pretty cool. I’m definitely no pro, but my amateur attempt at this idea was very fun and helped me achieve an understanding as to why so many people play around with this type of concept.
